My family and I have been looking for a vehicle all across the GTA and have dealt with many owners and sales representatives. Jimmy, the owner is very kind and patient. He did not pressure us during our sale and was very thorough while guiding us through the bill of sale. He lets us drive the vehicle and provided us a carproof report on the spot without any pressure. We liked what we saw and given the condition of the vehicle we left a deposit and would return a few weeks later. Many other sales reps we have encountered rushed us through the paperwork and did not give us the time of day if we “were not going to buy today” He contacted us with updates on the vehicle after our deposit and he went the extra mile to help pick a plate that my family would like! He provided advice on taking care of this vehicle and helped connect me with an extra set of keys which was done on the same day. We did not want to be having this on our minds before our long weekend and he even accommodated storage for our vehicle! He is one of the most friendliest owners I have ever dealt with. This owner will look out for his customers and will take care of you before and after the sale. One of the best dealers my family and I have ever dealt with! Would highly recommend. Not many people can keep their sanity bargaining and dealing with my mom, but Jimmy was extremely patient with us by explaining certain concepts of the car sale to us, which was especially difficult due to my mom's english skills. He was very transparent throughout the process; explaining why the car was priced the way it was and how he does things.Thankfully, we all came to a compromise that me and my family were very happy with and came home with a beautiful Lexus RX 350.

Bought a car with about 50K kms. last month from Jimiline. Wow what a large indoor showroom with so many quality cars! To my surprise the car was listed as "not drivable, not certified". No problem - Jimmy installed dealer plates and I was able to test drive the car. It drove great! We made a deal and Jimmy even delivered the car to allow my mechanic to certify. The car only needed a hand brake adjustment and I was good to go with our plates. Thank you for professional and courteous service.

My wife and I purchased a vehicle from Mr Jimi about a year and a half ago. I wanted to wait and see how the vehicle held up before I post any of my thought and feelings about him and his business. We have since purchased another vehicle around the same price range and specs from another dealer, six months after making our purchase from Mr Jimi. Here is what I think and how I feel: Mr Jimi is THE MOST HONEST and ethical person I have met in my 26 years of vehicular purchases Period.I have NOT HAD 1 PROBLEM with my vehicle after purchasing it from Jimi line Fine Cars. Only oil and brake changes. My second comparable vehicle from another dealer has been to the mechanic's shop almost 13 times in this past year. I am going to get rid of my second vehicle, completely avoid the second dealership and hope to God Mr Jimi has a vehicle I want and can afford (he has selections in all price ranges do not work for Mr Jimi. I am not family of his. I doubt we are even friends, because we met only three timea for the purchase. I am an objective and sincere customer trying to help the public not get ripped off my other used car dealerships that give you a super price up front and then get slaughtered with follow up repairs that were most often premeditated for the buyer of that vehicle.
